Indianapolis Race Shop facility: 32,000 square feet
Vision Racing Staff includes:

Race Shop is equipped with:
- Lincoln Electric welders
- Upright band saws and cold saw
- Milling machines
- Lathes
- Press brake
- Sheer
- Various grinders and drill presses
- Zy-glo (florescent penetrant) and Magnetic non-destructive test inspection machines
The main shop floor has 10 work bay areas
The truck bay can house three transporters
There is a dedicated pit stop practice area that includes:
- a wall
- textured floor area to simulate pit lane (not slick like the rest of the shop floor)
- 2008 IndyCar
- fuel probe and hose (not connected to fuel rig),
- air guns
- air jack
- wide angle camera above area to record practices
The over-the-wall crew members take part in a daily fitness program with daily pit stop practices
